All our watches come with 2 year manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated.

During this warranty period if your watch develops a fault you may return it to us for either repair, if it cannot be repaired then a replacement will be sent out.

The warranty covers all mechanical damage for up to 2 years from purchase.

We pride ourselves on a simple returns policy, in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery or if preferred you may exchange for an alternative item. This can be done in 3 simple steps :-

All items must be returned in original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
